SHIPPING POLICY

If no one is home to receive your presences, our couriers will place at the address the couriers deems safest and out of the public eye. We will send the message to the recipient with an image to let them know a delivery has been made and where it has been left. 

 

    If the recipient cannot be contacted while the courier is at the delivery location, and there is nowhrere to safe to leave your gift it will be returned to M&K Florist (11 Herston Road, Kelvin Grove). In this case, we will be back to deliveries at other times or the day after (free charge within 10km). With more than 10km or wrong address, re-delivered extra charge will incur.
